About eq99 — Bangladesh's Gambling Home

eq99 was created with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gambling experience from the comfort of their phones. What started as a vision to bridge the gap between international gaming quality and local convenience has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognised digital betting destinations. From the busy streets of Dhaka to the coastal city of Cox's Bazar, eq99 serves players across every division of the country.

The team behind eq99 understands the passion Bangladeshis carry for cricket — from BPL finals to T20 World Cup clashes between the Bangladesh Tigers and their rivals. That passion is reflected in every feature we build: in-depth cricket betting markets, live score tracking, and competitive odds that respect your knowledge of the game. But eq99 is more than cricket. Our platform offers slots from leading providers, live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, crash games, colour games, lottery-style draws, and much more — all optimised for a smooth mobile experience on both Android and iOS.

We are proud to serve players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and beyond. Our platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals instantly through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the payment methods Bangladeshis already use daily. There are no complicated bank transfers, no waiting days for funds, and no hidden fees. eq99 respects your time as much as it respects your money.

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a safe, fair, and genuinely entertaining gambling platform built specifically for the Bangladeshi market. We are not a generic international casino that happened to add a BDT payment option. eq99 was designed from the ground up with Bangladeshi players in mind — their preferred games, their preferred payment methods, their language preferences, and the sporting events they are most passionate about.

Every decision we make — from which game providers we partner with to how quickly our support team responds — is guided by four core values that define who we are as a platform and as a company.

Building lasting trust with Bangladeshi players means keeping promises consistently — not just when it is convenient. Here are three commitments that guide how we operate every single day.

eq99 integrates the payment methods that Bangladeshis use every day. Deposit or withdraw instantly using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay without needing a traditional bank account. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported for players who prefer them. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption, and our payment processing is available around the clock — 365 days a year.

eq99 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. That is why we offer a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist any player who feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life.

Access to these tools can be found in your account settings or by contacting our support team directly at [email protected]. eq99 strictly enforces an age restriction of 21 years and above. If you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our responsible gaming support team immediately. Your wellbeing always comes before your play.
